Purpose and legitimacy of the processing

Management of your data, those of the signatory and/or representative or proxy, in order to properly manage the contractual relationship. We can process your data because there is a contractual relationship.
Accounting management. We process your data for this purpose because there is a legal obligation established in the Royal Decree of 22 August 1885 publishing the Commercial Code.
Fiscal management. We process your data because there is a legal obligation established in the General Tax Law 58/2003 and other applicable legislation.
Maintenance of customer records.
We process your data because we have a legitimate interest in maintaining a history of customers, the products purchased from them and prices for the possible resumption of the contractual relationship in the legal future.

Retention of data

a) For the purpose of managing the contractual relationship, accounting management and tax management, your data will be kept for the time necessary for this purpose and, duly blocked, for the longest period of limitation established in the applicable legislation.
b) For the purpose of maintaining customer records and sending offers, products or similar services, your data will be kept until the legitimate interest ceases to exist.

Obligation to provide the data

The data provided are necessary to establish the contractual relationship, otherwise the contract cannot be concluded and the corresponding invoice cannot be issued.

Recipients of data

a) The customer’s personal data will be communicated to the Tax Authorities as necessary, in order to comply with the legal obligations with said Administration.
b) The necessary data will be communicated to banking institutions in order to make bank deposits and payments derived from the contractual relationship.
c) Your data will be communicated to insurance and reinsurance companies, insurance and reinsurance brokers, lawyers, solicitors, courts and tribunals, the data that are necessary for the collection/crediting of compensation or for the exercise or defence of claims.
d) Your data will be communicated to our data processors when necessary for the correct provision of the services contracted to them.
e) Data will be communicated to public administrations and other subsidising entities when necessary for the management of subsidies.

Transfer of data to third countries

No International Data Transfers will take place.

Rights of the data subject

– Access: the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we are processing your personal data, to know what it is, what it is used for, how long it will be stored, the origin of the data and whether it has been or will be communicated to a third party.

– Rectification: the right to request the rectification of inaccurate data and the completion of incomplete personal data.

– Deletion: the right to request the deletion of personal data when they are inadequate, excessive or no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, including the right to be forgotten.

– Opposition: the right to object, in certain circumstances, to the processing of your personal data or to request that the processing be stopped.

– Limitation of processing: the right to request, in the legally established circumstances, that your data not be processed beyond the mere conservation of the same.

– Portability: the right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to be able to transmit it to another data controller, provided that this is technically possible.

– Right to withdraw consent: you may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the address of the controller, but processing operations that have already been carried out will continue to be valid.

Right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority

In the event that your rights have not been respected, you may submit a complaint in writing to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at Calle Jorge Juan, 6-28001-Madrid or use the electronic site: https://sedeagpd.gob.es. In both cases, you must attach the relevant documentation.
