Purpose of processing
To manage the security of people, goods and facilities.
Legitimacy of the treatment
The legitimisation for the processing of your data is the legitimate interest consisting of the need of the data controller to guarantee the security of persons, goods and facilities, without this being effectively obtained by other means.
Retention of data
Your data will be kept for the following periods:
- In the event that there are no incidents, they will be kept for a maximum period of one month.
- In the event of the commission of acts that threaten the integrity of persons, goods or installations, the images will be made available to the competent authority within a maximum period of 72 hours and will be deleted.
- In the event that any type of liability for COTERENA, S.L.U. may arise from the incident, they will be kept during the period of limitation of the legal actions.
Data recipients
Your data may be communicated to:
- Security Forces and Corps in compliance with Organic Law 4/2015 on the protection of citizen security.
- Public Prosecutor’s Office and Courts and Tribunals in compliance with Organic Law 6/1985, of 1 July, on the Judiciary.
- Interested third parties.
- Your data will be communicated to our data processors when necessary for the correct provision of the services contracted to them.
International data transfers
No international data transfers will be carried out.
Rights of the data subject
- Access: the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we are processing your personal data, to know what it is, what it is used for, how long it will be kept, the origin of the data and whether it has been or will be communicated to a third party.
- Deletion: the right to request the deletion of personal data when they are inadequate, excessive or no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, including the right to be forgotten.
- Limitation of Processing: the right to request, in the legally established circumstances, that your data not be processed beyond the mere conservation of the same.

Right to complain to the Supervisory Authority
