ABOUT US

COTERENA is a company dedicated to the repair, installation, commissioning, service and supply of spare parts for the maritime and industrial sector. After more than 25 years of experience, the company has established the quality of its own brand through an integrated service of mechanical repair and maintenance, technical and energetic optimization, as well as a conscious effort in the development of new techniques and technologies focused on offering intelligent and innovative solutions to its customers.

The company has a warehouse located in the Repair Dock of the Vigo’s Port, with a fully equipped workshop of 1,500 m2, next to the facilities in the As Gándaras Industrial Park in O Porriño (16,000 m2), with all the necessary machinery to ensure the quality, safety and environmental protection of all the services that are performed in its facilities.

COTERENA offers integral repair and maintenance systems, with the support of the main industrial brands in the sector. The company has its own technical office and a specific department for process monitoring and the development of new technologies aimed at mechanical and energy optimization, providing services to local and international industry, mainly in the following areas:

AREAS OF ACTIVITY

MARINE

Corrective repairs of propulsion systems, gearboxes/multipliers, all types of rudders, propellers, and auxiliary machinery; shipyard installation and commissioning; preventive, predictive and proactive maintenance plans, as well as automation developments, equipment upgrades and comprehensive after-sales service for spare parts.

INDUSTRIAL

The company's main segments of intervention in onshore installations involve:
Assistance and repair services, maintenance and spare parts for generation and cogeneration plants and transformer industry, acting on generator sets, electrical emergency, exchangers and purification systems.

The company’s mission aims to consolidate a work philosophy capable of bringing together a commitment to quality and innovation in processes and procedures, together with the experience gained by our team over the 25 years of the company’s history, establishing a commitment based on loyalty between the company, our customers and our employees.

Currently, the company has the representation of the Official Services of Reintjes, Alfa Laval, Sauer, Man and Pure Clean Air. In addition we are also an Official Distributor for Deutz-MWM, Stork-Werkspoor, Poyaud and Sacm through Quantiparts, a subsidiary company of the Wärtsilä Group, of which Coterena is a Collaborating Workshop.
